You must report any faults to the company about a tester that has been calibrated in writing within 7 days of you receiving it, any faults outside this time frame will not be entertained.
Should any tester be damaged as a result of it not been packaged adequately the customer shall bear the loss of such damage.
The company hope to turnaround your meter in 3 days once we receive it however should additional delays occur with the courier, we shall not be responsible for any loss or damage as a result of same.
The customer shall be responsible for accepting the tester from the courier as any claims as a result of no one been available to receive it will not be accepted.
The customer accepts the company test points for calibration.
